The reason of the deep groove ball bearing`s noise [2011-12-13]

 

Raceway sound is due to deep groove ball bearing rolling elements rotate in the raceway and rolling out a smooth and continuous excitation noise, or tone only if its sound pressure level when aroused great attention. Raceway sound source is generated by the ring after load due to the inherent vibration. As the rings and rolling elements constitutes a non-linear elastic contact vibration system. When the lubricant or processing accuracy is not high and this will stimulate the inherent flexibility characteristics of the vibration, the air is passed to become noise.
