Different Kinds of Thrust Ball Bearings
Thrust ball bearings consist of the seat ring, shaft and ball retainer ring component of three parts.
The component matching with the axis is called ring, and the one matching with the shell is called seat ring.
Thrust Ball Bearings Category:
According to the acceptance, thrust ball bearings can be divided into one-way thrust ball bearings and two-way thrust ball bearings.
One-way thrust ball bearings can withstand a one-way axial load.
Two-way thrust ball bearings can withstand a two-way axial load. Two-way thrust ball bearings, its ring is matching with the shaft. Thrust ball bearings that installation surface of seat appear spherical, with aligning performance, can reduce installation errors.
Thrust ball bearings can not bear radial load, and its limited speed is much lower.
Thrust Ball Bearings are only applied to the parts that can bear side of axial load and work with lower spped, such as crane hooks, immediately pumps, immediately centrifuge, jack, low-speed reducers and so on. Thrust ball bearings’ shaft ring, seat ring and rolling bodies are separate and can be knock-down separately.
